Television personality and musician, Loyiso Mangena aka Chippa, most well-known for his role on eTV's soapie, Backstage, is heading for greater heights with his new album, MR MANGENA BIZNIZ AS USUAL.
One listen to the 11-track-album and it's clear that Chippa has poured his heart and soul into the recording, to offer the South African audience a quality production that takes in the range of kwaito, pop and gospel.
The first hit off the album is a summer-sizzling cover of Steve Kekana's "Take Your Love", produced by Jamela. Along with "Take Your Love (Mafia Bizniz)", the album also includes tracks like "Phenduka", "Hallelujah" and "Mas'sondele".
Chippa's first solo album CHOMA was released in 2002 and in 2003, Chippa collaborated with Mzambiya to produce UNDISPUTED VOLUME 1. A second UNDISPUTED followed and Chippa has also had success with his 2004 recording, KLIPTOWN TO CAPE TOWN.
